Save Greenbury Point – In the spring of 2022, rumors began to circulate that there were plans to close Greenbury Point Conservation Area and develop it into an exclusive golf course. Two concerned citizens took immediate action to spread awareness to the public by creating a Facebook group and alerting the media. Today, Save Greenbury Point has several thousand members and continues to advocate for the conservation and protection of Greenbury Point.
